ABOUT THE COLLECTION
Palm Beach is Lydia's forever gorgeous muse. This new set of paintings are Lydia's first of 2025; loose and easy the colors spread onto the paper confidently.

Lydia recalls her first trip to Palm Beach which inspired this piece: "When we arrived we had only looked up a few ideas of places to visit. I had no idea of what the Breakers was. I was absolutely awe struck by wandering through the property, but when we had wondered back far enough and had peaked in all the ballroom doors, suddenly the outside doors opened the ocean waves roared at us from just feet away. The wind rushed at us and the sound almost knocked me over from shock. Our first trip's experience landed the impression that has stayed with me forever about Palm Beach; absolutely like none other."

ORIGINAL ARTWORK: 
This original painting has been painted on 300 lb French paper with a variety of the highest quality pigments that show off the brilliant color of each location. The paper and the pigment come together to give a truly unique artwork. There is only one of each. This is Lydia's first seascape in oil for sale. Done in a limited palette with a palette knife. It is unlikely to be reproduced in prints, and offers a truly unique opportunity.
