What is the status of my order?

Most products ship within a 5-8 day window from our studio. You will receive an automated email with tracking information when your package is on it’s way!

Can I change my order?

If you order hasn’t left the studio; we are happy to help!

Once your order leaves our studio- its literally out of our hands. And I am no longer offering refunds on packages that arrive late due to the statements issued by the following shippers that we use: USPS, FED EX, and UPS.

In our experience shipping: Due to increased mail volume, some orders will not be scanned upon arrival at the mail facility. In some cases, they will arrive at their destination without ever being scanned in.

Do you offer framing?

We are happy to ship your prints or original artwork directly to your framer. Alternatively, if you’d like us to work with a local framer, we offer a framing consult for $95. Please reach out to Lydia@LydiaMarieElizabeth.com

Where do you ship?

LME is happy to offer shipping throughout the United States.
International shipping upon special request: please reach out directly to lydia@LydiaMarieElizabeth.com and if we’re able to assist we will!

Can I return my order?

Lydia Marie Elizabeth is not able to offer returns on items at this time. Thank you for your understanding. 

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: LME expressly prohibits the use of her artwork to train or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning models without the LME's prior written consent. To do so without obtaining written agreement from Lydia herself infringes on LME copyrights.
